Overview

  • Lead architectural practice for K12 education projects, driving design excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions for educational environments.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the architectural team and practices.
  • Work on projects from concept to construction documentation phases.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in design and execution.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative work culture within the team.
  • Utilize advanced technical skills to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the design and execution of K12 educational architecture projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project goals and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop design concepts and oversee their implementation through all project phases.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and peers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Utilize software tools such as Revit, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam for project execution.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the architectural team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in K12 education projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of design processes and materials relevant to educational architecture.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience with Newforma Project Center and Sketchup is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities in a team-oriented setting.
