Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the design and execution of K12 educational architecture projects.
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop design concepts and oversee their implementation through all project phases.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and peers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize software tools such as Revit, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam for project execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the architectural team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in K12 education projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of design processes and materials relevant to educational architecture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience with Newforma Project Center and Sketchup is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities in a team-oriented setting.
