- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records, supporting efficient and effective healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including discussing symptoms, administering vaccines, and performing phlebotomy.
- Conduct diagnostic screening tests and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient interactions and medical procedures in electronic health records accurately.
- Assist in administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications.
- Participate in the company's Tuberculosis screening program as part of patient-facing responsibilities.
- Follow established protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant training program preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant; 5 years preferred.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in medication and vaccine administration, phlebotomy, and diagnostic testing.
- Knowledge of value-based care practices, including HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and patient experience metrics.
- CPR certification and compliance with Tuberculosis screening requirements.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus; must pass proficiency exam.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
