- Collaborate with building staff, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.

- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Respond to inbound service calls, addressing tenant inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Enter service requests into the Work Order System and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with contractors and building staff to resolve tenant issues.
- Notify managers of recurring tenant issues or significant problems.
- Maintain insurance and legal files, assisting with depositions and subpoenas.
- Cover receptionist duties during lunch breaks and other times as needed.
- Order telephone lines and equipment, and issue lease packages.
- Schedule tenant move-ins and move-outs, maintaining insurance certificates.
- Manage work order billing and registrations for company vehicles.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Experience with service programs and work order systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
