Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and office coordination tasks.
  • Handle front desk coverage, ensuring professional and welcoming interactions with clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate deliveries and manage logistics to support office operations seamlessly.
  • Assist with meal setup and cleanup for meetings and events, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Support the tax department during critical deadlines, contributing to timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Participate in the setup of Statements of Work (SOW) processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and interacting with executive-level clients.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for enhanced qualifications.
  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, at an advanced level.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials preferred for streamlined financial management tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
