Job Description

Overview

  • Supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve organizational goals and client satisfaction.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and minimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules and quality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve project issues.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent education in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up and interior construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
