- Conduct evaluations, determine physical therapy diagnoses, and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to patient needs and recovery goals.
- Perform therapy procedures to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
- Educate patients and families about recovery processes, ensuring understanding and active participation in therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress, modifying care plans as necessary to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based guidelines and testing results to refine therapy plans and deliver effective treatments.
