Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure clinical quality and patient safety through standardized practices and proactive collaboration with physicians.
- Lead and develop teams focused on clinical outcomes, operational excellence, and financial performance.
- Implement strategic business plans aligned with partnership goals and market dynamics.
- Drive case volume growth through physician recruitment and marketing initiatives.
- Manage facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulatory standards.
- Safeguard assets and oversee maintenance of equipment and building improvements.
- Provide operational support across medical records, credentialing, billing, and other administrative functions.
- Collaborate with corporate departments to identify and implement best practices.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for clinical, financial, and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Minimum of 3 years in healthcare and 2 years in leadership roles.
- Strong background in ambulatory operations and financial management.
- Experience with P&L management and strategic business planning.
- Clinical background highly preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in opening new facilities and driving organizational change.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accrediting body standards.
