  • Lead operations and strategy for a healthcare facility, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Drive top-line growth through physician recruitment and strategic service line development.
  • Champion a culture of zero patient harm and high clinical quality standards.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to implement growth initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team of clinical and business professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting body standards.
  • Oversee financial controls, reporting, and strategic business planning for the facility.
  • Maintain strong physician relationships to support governance and growth objectives.
  • Shape a positive, collaborative culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure clinical quality and patient safety through standardized practices and proactive collaboration with physicians.
  • Lead and develop teams focused on clinical outcomes, operational excellence, and financial performance.
  • Implement strategic business plans aligned with partnership goals and market dynamics.
  • Drive case volume growth through physician recruitment and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulatory standards.
  • Safeguard assets and oversee maintenance of equipment and building improvements.
  • Provide operational support across medical records, credentialing, billing, and other administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments to identify and implement best practices.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for clinical, financial, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years in healthcare and 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong background in ambulatory operations and financial management.
  • Experience with P&L management and strategic business planning.
  • Clinical background highly preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in opening new facilities and driving organizational change.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accrediting body standards.
