Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical and supervisory nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
- Current RN license in good standing within the state of Michigan.
- BLS certification required; additional certifications in surgical nursing preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems for patient care and departmental record-keeping.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve care delivery processes.
- Ability to manage physical demands, including standing, walking, and assisting with patient mobility.
