Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits.
• Reconcile bank statements, complete write-ups, and make general journal entries for tax preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of sales tax returns and other regulatory submissions.
• Address client financial queries, providing recommendations and planning for future needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated client services and solutions.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss financial performance and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial services; 6 years preferred.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
• Experience with client servicing and building professional relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools for efficient financial management.
