Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Implement a consultative sales approach to acquire and expand client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to enhance the reach of Structured Investments SMA strategies.
- Educate advisors about Structured Investment SMAs and their portfolio benefits.
- Onboard new clients to the network, ensuring seamless integration and growth.
- Travel extensively to engage with advisors and clients in assigned territories.
- Utilize contact management systems to organize information and manage sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
- Conduct competitor analysis to maintain market awareness and strategy alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in finance or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment industry; 4 years preferred.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses are mandatory for this role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with SMA and asset management strategies highly preferred.
- Strong relationships with RIA aggregators, larger RIAs, and independent broker-dealers.
- Willingness to travel up to one-third of the work schedule.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and develop new relationships effectively.
