Overview

  • Join a dynamic investment team as a Hybrid Wholesaler, focusing on sales in the West, Southwest, and Midwest territories.
  • Lead the distribution of Structured Products SMA strategies to financial professionals in the RIA and IBD sectors.
  • Collaborate with a talented team to drive impactful sales and client engagement.
  • Engage in strategic and entrepreneurial activities to expand the client base and strengthen relationships.
  • Educate advisors on the benefits of Structured Investment SMAs for client portfolios.
  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with opportunities for professional growth.
  • Contribute to the firm's success by leveraging your expertise in investment strategies.
  • Travel regularly to meet advisors and clients, fostering strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement a consultative sales approach to acquire and expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to enhance the reach of Structured Investments SMA strategies.
  • Educate advisors about Structured Investment SMAs and their portfolio benefits.
  • Onboard new clients to the network, ensuring seamless integration and growth.
  • Travel extensively to engage with advisors and clients in assigned territories.
  • Utilize contact management systems to organize information and manage sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to maintain market awareness and strategy alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in finance or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment industry; 4 years preferred.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are mandatory for this role.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with SMA and asset management strategies highly preferred.
  • Strong relationships with RIA aggregators, larger RIAs, and independent broker-dealers.
  • Willingness to travel up to one-third of the work schedule.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and develop new relationships effectively.
