Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct physical therapy assessments to determine client needs and treatment plans.
  • Implement restorative and maintenance therapy programs tailored to individual clients.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize client care.
  • Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking clients, enhancing accessibility.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Current New York State Physical Therapist license is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy; 5 years preferred.
  • Experience working with aging populations in community settings is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in restorative and maintenance therapy practices.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
