Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum six years of healthcare experience; ten years preferred.
- Three years of managerial or administrative experience required.
- Strong knowledge of hospice and palliative care practices preferred.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation and CMS regulations.
- Proficient in planning, business, and financial management.
