Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the transition from CAD to Revit within the organization, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of BIM practices.
  • Manage and oversee BIM implementation strategies, fostering collaboration among design teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance in BIM processes, standards, and tools to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate training programs for team members to ensure proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to integrate BIM workflows into project planning and execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate BIM project performance, implementing improvements to achieve optimal results.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to maintain competitive BIM capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols across all projects and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide design teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and protocols related to BIM practices.
