Overview

Lead the transition from CAD to Revit within the organization, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of BIM practices.
Manage and oversee BIM implementation strategies, fostering collaboration among design teams and stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance in BIM processes, standards, and tools to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate training programs for team members to ensure proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies.
Collaborate with project managers and architects to integrate BIM workflows into project planning and execution.
Monitor and evaluate BIM project performance, implementing improvements to achieve optimal results.
Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to maintain competitive BIM capabilities.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols across all projects and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management, with 10 years preferred.
Proficiency in Revit software and BIM methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills to guide design teams effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry standards and protocols related to BIM practices.
Ability to monitor and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement.
Willingness to work on-site to oversee BIM implementation and training.
