Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Proven expertise in managing light industrial, healthcare, or higher education projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
