Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in surgical services leadership; 5 years preferred.
- Current RN license in Texas or compact state required.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification mandatory.
- CNOR certification preferred within one year of hire or promotion.
- Proficient in financial management and resource allocation in healthcare settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
