Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Human Resources team in onboarding, leave administration, data management, and contractor coordination.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and terminated employees.
  • Facilitate completion of new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment processes.
  • Administer employee leaves, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee data across systems and conduct regular audits.
  • Assist with year-end processes, including open enrollment and data version control.
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding, renewals, and offboarding processes.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and onsite responsibilities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive HR team environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate background checks and equipment needs for new hires.
  • Schedule onboarding sessions and act as backup for training.
  • Terminate employees in systems and manage equipment returns.
  • Explain leave processes and coordinate with payroll and departments.
  • Onboard contractors, manage renewals, and offboard as needed.
  • Maintain employee data accuracy and assist with audits and reports.
  • Support billing and invoice requests, collaborating with procurement teams.
  • Assist with open enrollment and year-end HR processes.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR practices and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High-level attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective employee interaction.
  • Experience in managing sensitive data and conducting audits.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and onsite tasks.
