POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences & Healthcare Director to join our growing staffing and recruiting division. This role focuses on recruiting and business development within hospitals, clinical, allied health, and leadership positions in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate possesses strong management experience, financial motivation, and expertise in healthcare and life sciences staffing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting for healthcare and life sciences professionals across various roles and levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, negotiating contracts and securing staffing agreements.
  • Utilize the company’s applicant tracking system and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate network.
  • Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to inform strategic business initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative recruitment strategies and service expansion.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical recruiting practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences recruitment or business development.
  • Proven managerial experience with a track record of team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industries and relevant roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven work environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
