Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field required.
- 5-7 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting required.
- 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Medical Technologist Certification or MLS certification required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical laboratory operations and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and fiscal management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to motivate and develop staff.
