Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with relevant administrative experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interactions.
