Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Manage on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for team coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
