Overview

• Lead IT operations and ERP systems management for a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee ERP system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with business needs.
• Lead ERP projects from planning to execution and transition.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals for optimal performance.
• Ensure seamless delivery of ERP services and manage vendor relationships.
• Create and maintain knowledge bases for IT and end-user support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and privacy standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in TMS/ERP technical roles and IT project delivery.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT professionals and external consultants.
• Proficiency in TMS/ERP platforms like SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
• Certifications in ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum, and PMP preferred.
• Experience with EDI/API, BI dashboards, and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive team success.
