Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assess, diagnose, and plan interventions for patient health issues in a remote setting.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and care strategies.
• Administer medications and perform therapeutic treatments as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning discussions.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and promote patient safety.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure and certifications including BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse Certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical procedures, medication administration, and patient education.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Competence in utilizing healthcare information systems and technology.
