- Manage accounting and financial operations for high-net-worth families, ensuring accuracy and compliance across personal, investment, and estate entities.
- Coordinate tax planning and compliance with CPAs and advisors, maintaining documentation and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Support investment activities, including performance tracking, fund accounting, and reporting for diverse portfolios.
- Administer estate and trust accounting, ensuring compliance and accurate beneficiary distributions.
- Develop strategic financial plans, analyzing spending and supporting philanthropic initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while interacting with family members and advisors.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform general ledger accounting for multiple entities, including personal and investment accounts.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and manage cash flow through budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate tax compliance and planning, tracking cost basis for investments and managing payments.
- Track investment performance, record transactions, and prepare detailed reports.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

- Experience with tax compliance, investment accounting, and estate administration.
