Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation using Revit across all project phases.
- Support restaurant rollout projects, site adaptations, and design updates with precision and efficiency.
- Assist in concept design, space planning, and detailing to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews, quality assurance, and project meetings to ensure high standards.
- Manage revisions, schedules, and documentation for multiple fast-paced projects.
- Conduct site visits or field verifications as required to ensure project accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with ADA standards, codes, and technical requirements throughout project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is preferred.
- 3-6+ years of architectural experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory for efficient project execution.
- Experience in producing construction documents, detailing, and consultant coordination.
- Understanding of ADA standards, codes, and technical requirements.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Occasional availability for site visits or field verifications as required.
