Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation using Revit across all project phases.
  • Support restaurant rollout projects, site adaptations, and design updates with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist in concept design, space planning, and detailing to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
  • Participate in design reviews, quality assurance, and project meetings to ensure high standards.
  • Manage revisions, schedules, and documentation for multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Conduct site visits or field verifications as required to ensure project accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with ADA standards, codes, and technical requirements throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is preferred.
  • 3-6+ years of architectural experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory for efficient project execution.
  • Experience in producing construction documents, detailing, and consultant coordination.
  • Understanding of ADA standards, codes, and technical requirements.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Occasional availability for site visits or field verifications as required.
