Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed interior architectural plans using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants including MEP engineers, food service experts, and interior designers for seamless project execution.
• Manage production tasks for restaurant interior fit-outs, maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings to align designs with client expectations and technical requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior architecture, preferably in restaurant fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design tools is essential.
• Strong production skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
