Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Conduct thorough document reviews and project walkthroughs independently.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure accurate estimations.
- Perform takeoffs and cost analyses for projects ranging from $5M to $10M.
- Utilize AccuBid software proficiently to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to optimize project cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications in all estimations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a preference for 8 years.
- Proficiency in AccuBid software for estimation tasks.
- Ability to independently perform takeoffs and estimate projects valued between $5M and $10M.
- Strong communication skills to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience conducting project walkthroughs with minimal assistance.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in electrical estimating.
