Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects as a Commercial Superintendent, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee shell and interior MEP construction phases, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards at all times.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; advanced education is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
  • Proven expertise in shell and interior MEP construction processes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
