POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our thriving IT recruiting division. This role focuses on identifying top talent and building strategic partnerships with MSPs and Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, eager to learn, and possesses a strong understanding of IT industry trends and recruitment strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage IT professionals to fulfill client staffing needs effectively.
- Analyze staffing trends and hiring demands to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with team members to align business development efforts with recruitment goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates across career stages.
- Stay updated on industry-specific trends and technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Develop creative approaches to attract active and passive candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate with leadership to assess and address evolving hiring needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and recruitment strategies.
- Proven ability in cold calling and follow-up techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and candidate engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a dynamic team setting.
