Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project efficiency and resource availability.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with established safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues proactively.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports to management and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
• Implement best practices in construction management to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required.
