  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome guests and clients, managing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Produce, format, and edit legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate attorney schedules, including court appearances, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with correspondence, document drafting, and information analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client and firm information.
  • Organize and manage filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Plan and execute firm events, considering budgets and dietary restrictions.
  • Document attorney billable hours and expenses, assisting in invoice preparation.
  • Ensure conference room readiness and manage scheduling for meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or legal experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong client-service focus.
  • Reliable and resourceful, capable of handling confidential information appropriately.
