Job Description

Overview

  • The Investor Relations Associate supports the Business Development and Investor Relations team.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, client deliverables, and managing communications.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to complete RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs.
  • Maintain and update standardized data sets and firm information.
  • Prepare portfolio review materials for client meetings and presentations.
  • Serve as liaison for the firm’s online investor portal and coordinate communications.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in client and consultant data requests.
  • Maintain organized client files, department databases, and records.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for institutional investors and consultants.
  • Aid in maintaining current responses in the Qvidian database.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including pitchbooks and factsheets.
  • Prepare materials for quarterly client meetings and portfolio reviews.
  • Draft and distribute client communications such as newsletters and market commentaries.
  • Coordinate communications between clients, fund administrators, and internal teams.
  • Respond to client data requests and ensure information accuracy.
  • Maintain organized records and databases for the department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Client Services or Investor Relations for a finance firm.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and performance statistics.
  • Experience with Qvidian, Satuit CRM, Chat GPT, and UpSlide preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
