Job Description

Overview

  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless office operations and effective workflow management.
  • Assist in organizing daily office tasks, including scheduling and coordinating activities.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, such as greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and property management for service arrangements and maintenance needs.
