Overview
- Contribute to innovative architectural projects as a BIM Designer, leveraging advanced modeling and visualization tools to enhance project delivery and design quality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and manage accurate BIM models using Revit, ensuring high-quality project documentation and visualization.
- Produce architectural visualizations, renderings, and animations to support design presentations and marketing efforts.
- Coordinate digital models with internal teams and external consultants to maintain project alignment and accuracy.
- Create and maintain BIM content, templates, and standards to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.
- Assist in implementing BIM workflows and mentor team members on best practices for modeling and visualization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure design integrity and technical excellence in project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience, with 5 years preferred, in BIM and visualization roles.
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite essential; experience with 3ds Max, Rhino, or Twinmotion advantageous.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation processes.
- Excellent graphic and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
