Overview

  • Contribute to innovative architectural projects as a BIM Designer, leveraging advanced modeling and visualization tools to enhance project delivery and design quality.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment, fostering creativity and technical excellence in architectural design.
  • Utilize your expertise in Revit and other visualization software to produce high-quality renderings and animations for diverse projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of BIM workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency across project teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage accurate BIM models using Revit, ensuring high-quality project documentation and visualization.
  • Produce architectural visualizations, renderings, and animations to support design presentations and marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate digital models with internal teams and external consultants to maintain project alignment and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain BIM content, templates, and standards to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing BIM workflows and mentor team members on best practices for modeling and visualization.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure design integrity and technical excellence in project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 1 year professional experience, with 5 years preferred, in BIM and visualization roles.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite essential; experience with 3ds Max, Rhino, or Twinmotion advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation processes.
  • Excellent graphic and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
