Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage procurement of goods and services across IT, infrastructure, and professional services categories.
- Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and optimize vendor utilization.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers while ensuring compliance with policies.
- Review and negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and contract renewals.
- Design and implement streamlined procurement workflows and purchasing standards.
- Monitor procurement performance, track KPIs, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Resolve procurement issues through root-cause investigation and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Prepare spend reports, budget forecasts, and executive-level summaries to guide decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in procurement.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Global sourcing or international vendor experience is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with procurement analytics tools.
