- Work part-time onsite, Monday to Wednesday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with potential for full-time hours in the future.
- Collaborate with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and operations.
- Utilize dispatch software and tools to monitor and track vehicle and personnel status effectively.
- Handle emergency situations with prompt solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities to support operational analysis and reporting.
- Assist with customer screening processes as needed, enhancing service quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of vehicles and personnel, ensuring efficient operations.
- Monitor and track dispatched vehicles and personnel to maintain service standards.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to address inquiries and issues.
- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery, meeting client expectations and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatch activities for reporting purposes.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate of Arts (AA) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience; 3 years preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage dynamic operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and tools to optimize operations.
