Overview

  • Serve as the primary contact for intake processes, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of client information and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline intake procedures and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all intake activities in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of intake strategies to improve overall efficiency.
  • Support organizational goals by ensuring intake processes align with company policies and objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination during the intake process.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct initial client assessments to gather relevant information and determine service needs.
  • Coordinate intake schedules and appointments to ensure timely processing of client requests.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all intake activities and client interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide information and address inquiries regarding services.
  • Monitor and evaluate intake processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members on intake procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies during the intake process.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in intake or customer service roles; 2 years preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and scheduling purposes.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members in a professional environment.
