Overview

  • Lead portfolio management processes for private credit investments, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Develop and automate technology solutions for portfolio data collection and reporting.
  • Oversee valuation processes and quarterly portfolio reviews with third-party partners.
  • Create detailed dashboards and reports to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align portfolio management practices with strategic goals.
  • Enhance compliance processes through real-time alert mechanisms and risk monitoring.
  • Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management practices and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Standardize portfolio management processes across the firm to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Implement advanced portfolio management technologies in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Manage quarterly portfolio reviews, including performance assessments and valuation updates.
  • Develop automated reporting systems for real-time dashboards and key performance metrics.
  • Conduct performance attribution analysis to guide strategic investment decisions.
  • Establish compliance processes and maintain credit watch lists for timely updates.
  • Monitor portfolio exposures and emerging risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with investment, finance, and risk teams to integrate portfolio practices into broader objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in portfolio management or private credit investments.
  • Proven expertise in automating portfolio management processes and technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel.
  • Experience in performance attribution analysis and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management systems and compliance processes.
