Job Description

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose and repair electrical control systems and PLCs using advanced software tools.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on motors, drives, and servos up to 480V systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls across electrical and mechanical domains.
  • Ensure safety compliance while working with high-voltage equipment.
  • Operate independently to address off-hour maintenance needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Utilize Rockwell Automation platforms for diagnostics and fault resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multicraft maintenance roles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation platforms such as Studio 5000 and RSLogix.
  • Ability to work night shifts and take initiative in a lead-type capacity.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or process environments preferred.
