Overview
- Manage internal processing of corporate actions for bonds and bank loans, including calls, tenders, exchanges, proxies, and amendments.
- Collaborate with legal teams to review and comprehend complex bankruptcy and distressed events.
- Elect externally on voluntary corporate actions using custodian websites and specialized platforms.
- Communicate corporate action activities to the investment team and reconcile client positions with custodians.
- Monitor accruals and entitlements postings to client accounts for accuracy and compliance.
- Collect and process information related to class action suits and bankruptcies.
- Maintain corporate action information and generate internal and external reports.
- Participate in various ad hoc projects to support portfolio services operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle corporate action activities for fixed income assets, ensuring accurate processing and reporting.
- Coordinate with legal teams to analyze and address bankruptcy and distressed asset scenarios.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in fixed income corporate actions preferred.
- Prior knowledge of bank loan asset class is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools is required.
- Ability to analyze complex financial scenarios and propose solutions.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with investment and legal teams.
