Job Requirements
- License to practice as a registered nurse; BSN preferred.
- Minimum three years of nursing experience; two years in home health preferred.
- Knowledge of OASIS and clinical documentation standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
