- Utilize advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS) to monitor, track, and enhance training progress effectively.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the workplace.
- Support the development of preceptors and training roles to strengthen team capabilities.
- Provide constructive feedback and analysis to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Travel to various centers as required to support training activities and conduct audits.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies in all training processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Implement and support training initiatives across operational centers to enhance staff performance.
- Ensure timely completion and documentation of training programs by center personnel.
- Conduct observations and provide actionable feedback during training sessions.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training activities and outcomes.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in Education or Organizational Development preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational or clinical settings, preferably in training roles.
- Proficiency in modern training methods, LMS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse training needs.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and adapt to flexible work schedules.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality management systems is highly desirable.
