Overview

  • Lead impactful construction projects as a Project Engineer, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting for construction projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, material procurement, and project logistics effectively.
  • Maintain organized project records, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor job site progress and coordinate field and office teams.
  • Participate in client and team meetings to ensure project alignment.
  • Support safety initiatives and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Utilize construction management software for efficient project tracking.
  • Contribute to the closeout process ensuring all deliverables are met.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project documentation and coordination processes.
