Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in tax strategy, compliance, and planning.
- Preferred 15 years of experience in a leadership role within tax management.
- Proficiency in managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and complex transactions.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing financial data and identifying tax implications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence decisions and drive strategy.
- Experience with tax equity structures and strategic planning is highly desirable.
- Authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required.
