Job Description

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support daily operations for credit funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in closing transactions for BDC, private credit, and direct lending vehicles.
  • Negotiate operational terms in credit agreements and loan servicing documents.
  • Manage reconciliations for cash, positions, and P&L across multiple systems.
  • Collaborate with deal teams to gather legal documentation for new deals.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Propose asset allocation strategies to optimize capital deployment effectively.
  • Resolve discrepancies with fund administrators and trading counterparties efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 2–6 years of experience in financial operations or fund administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, Geneva, OMS, and WSO systems essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for team-oriented environments.
  • Knowledge of fund finance and middle-market loan operations advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements and operational enhancements.
