Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to uphold quality and safety.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
- National Nursing Leadership Certification required within one year of hire.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and surgical care operations.
- Strong expertise in open-heart surgical services and cardiovascular care management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a high-paced environment.
