Overview

• Lead MEP construction projects, specializing in electrical and low voltage systems, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage MEP construction activities, focusing on electrical and low voltage systems.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP construction, with preference for 10 years.
• Proven expertise in managing electrical and low voltage system projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze technical drawings and specifications for project planning.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Capability to handle challenging situations and provide innovative solutions.
