Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution; paralegal certification preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a law firm, asset manager, or broker-dealer environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. securities laws and investment product distribution regulations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with document management systems.
- Experience with FINRA portal and EDGAR systems is a plus.
