Overview

  • Lead construction projects including K-12 schools, libraries, churches, and SCIF projects ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules independently using MS Project software for effective planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks throughout project phases.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project software.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and project planning.
  • Experience managing K-12, library, church, or SCIF construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
