Overview

- Oversee medication administration processes and provide necessary training to staff members.
- Participate in team meetings to address health concerns and develop improved care strategies.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies to maintain high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct thorough health assessments and monitor individuals for signs of illness or discomfort.
- Document health findings and follow up on treatments or changes in health status.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active RN licensure in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in developmental disabilities care.
- CPR certification and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams, families, and medical providers.
- Valid NY State or Tri-state area driver's license preferred for travel requirements.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medication administration protocols.
- Organizational skills and teamwork capability to ensure effective care delivery.
