- Provide direct support to the Head of Institutional Services in strategic initiatives.

- Document and maintain procedural guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute subscription and redemption processes for accounts, mutual funds, and private funds efficiently.
- Track and manage contractual obligations, ensuring data accuracy and document integrity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Portfolio Operations, Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Assist with complex client requests and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Support process institutionalization and contribute to ad-hoc improvement projects.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and document procedures to support operational consistency and compliance.
- Provide assistance with Investment Management Agreements and related documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
- 1-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in institutional asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with accountability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with process improvement and automation projects is a plus.
